Our traditional Patychky (meat on a stick) are made from pork loin sliced into thin pieces and marinated for three days in a flavourful mixture of garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and select spices. After marinating, the meat is carefully rolled onto a stick, buttered, breaded, and fried to create a delicious, crispy coating and tender, juicy meat inside.
Preparation: Fully cooked – thaw, heat, and eat.
